Health and wholeness is vast
In essence, health can be seen as relationship.
Relationship of a person to their physical wellbeing, to their states of consciousness, emotional states, human social interactions, how their communities function, and how they relate to the natural world.
Health is interdependent, our human health depends on the health of our planet, its complex ecosystems, we depend on its plant and animal life, the health of our water systems, soils and atmosphere.
Health is influenced by our relationship with spirit and spirituality and what meaning that may hold.
At Samadhi Tree we are helping ourselves and each other to come home, to return to health and wholeness, to live a life of deep intimacy and connection, to awaken as our unique expression within the whole.
In each offering, whether it be a 12-week meditation course, an acupuncture treatment, or a mentoring session, all aspects of self and health are considered and worked with.
Although a focussed therapy may be required at any one time, in the spirit of holism, nothing is neglected or banished.
